The canoeing tour takes you along the Old Danube (near the southern border of Hungary), which used to be the main course of the Danube around 100 years ago. While paddling you will learn about the wildlife of the backwater and the surrounding floodplain area and also about the management and impacts of floods. Your expert guide will tell you insider stories about memorable animal rescues and other exciting “events”.

Departure: 9:30 o’clock

Length and duration of the tour: 8 kms, 3 hours

Participation fee: 1500 HUF/person. Price includes renting fee of the canoes and guiding.
